The daily pooja vidhanam during the Vritham is simple Saranagosha (chanting of 108 Ayyappa names) should be preferably done two times a day  morning and evening. The timing can be suryodayath pooravam surya hasthamana anatharam depending on your work schedule. But the poojas should be done after a bath and before taking of any food.

 chant the "Sharana Ghosham". As many as you please but with full devotion.

Then the Namaskara slokam - Lokaveeram mahapoojayam .......

Offer Naivedhyam - anything it could be freshly cooked rice, aravana payasam, panakam, fruit, dry fruits or even sugar/nuts sugar-suit your convenience.

Light a small deepam with Ghee and do Deepam aarthi chanting "deepamangala jyothi namo namo……..

Complete the pooja by chanting the Mangala aarthi "

 At the end of each segment seek forgiveness gyanamudram sasthru mudram telisi teliyaka of the Lord for all known and unknown misdeamoners committed by you, by  the mantra….."
